Welcome to the how to eat slowly toolkit. This page has 2 practical ways you can train yourslef to stop rushing your food. I made these videos for myself as much as anyone else, and I find them really helpful.
There are 2 exercises – eating a 10 minute meal and eating a 5 minute snack.
